We understand that trust begins with verifiable standards. Every certification we hold is intended to give you more confidence in choosing us and an extra layer of assurance for your sourcing decisions.

  • Which payment terms do you accept?

We typically accept T/T (30% deposit). We understand the foreign exchange challenges in some African countries and are open to discussing the most viable options for your specific situation.

  • What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 1-year warranty on main structural components (main beam, axles). We also provide a free "Quick-Wear Parts Kit" with every trailer and offer 24/7 video technical support to guide your mechanics through any repairs.

  • How do you protect the trailers from sea salt corrosion during the long voyage?

Before loading, every Genron trailer undergoes a comprehensive wax coating process and is sprayed with anti-rust oil. This protective layer shields the paint and steel from the corrosive salt spray of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans.

  • Sea freight to Africa is expensive. How do you help us save costs?

We are experts in logistics optimization. For flatbed and skeleton trailers, we offer a "3-unit-stacking" solution (stacking 3 trailers into one package), which reduces the shipping volume and saves up to 60% of the freight cost per unit. We also support container, Ro-Ro, and Bulk carrier shipping.

  • Which brands of components do you use?

To ensure easy maintenance for our clients, we use internationally standardized brands such as FUWA/BPW axles, JOST landing gear/kingpins, and WABCO braking systems. This means you can easily find spare parts in any local African market.

  • Can your trailers handle the rough road conditions in Africa?

Absolutely. We specially engineer trailers for the African market with reinforced chassis, thickened suspension systems, and heavy-duty axles (13T/16T). We use high-tensile steel (Q345B) to ensure the frame remains intact even on unpaved mining and rural roads.
